Daily Protection Checklist
A simple daily routine to strengthen your remembrance, consistency, and trust in Allah’s mercy.
In Islam, a strong spiritual routine is built through consistent habits. When a believer maintains prayer, remembrance (dhikr),
and good character, they develop steadiness and clarity in daily life.
- 1.Begin the day with Fajr on time and a short moment of gratitude.
- 2.Maintain wudu when reasonably possible during the day.
- 3.Recite Ayatul Kursi after every fard prayer and before sleep.
- 4.Read Surah Al-Ikhlās, Al-Falaq and An-Nās three times in the morning and evening.
- 5.Limit exposure to harmful content online and replace it with Qur’an, beneficial reminders, or quiet reflection.
- 6.Give a small amount of charity regularly, even if it is modest.
- 7.End the day with istighfār, sending salawat upon the Prophet ﷺ, and sleeping with trust in Allah.
Life will still have tests, but consistency in these small actions helps you stay grounded, mindful, and spiritually connected.
Start gently, remain consistent, and focus on sincere intention.
